somatic Therapy

Somatics is a body-centered approach to healing that honors the wisdom of the nervous system. Rather than working only with thoughts, we gently track sensation, breath, emotion, and relational patterns to support trauma healing, sacred relationship, and authentic self-expression. Drawing from Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, relational and transpersonal psychology, I weave insight with embodied experience. When the body feels safe and supported, lasting transformation becomes possible.

Testimonial

“I've worked with Nadine a few times now on deeply personal blockages and transitions around family, love, relationships, and belonging. I've had several breakthroughs that she's helped facilitate with her radiant, patient presence, and gentle, ego-less witnessing.

Not only is she skilled in a wide variety of body, mind, and energetic therapy modalities, but most importantly she always seems to intuit what practice is most needed in the moment, no matter how raw or crazy things get in your own experience. Her selfless commitment to service is infectious and joy inducing. She is one of the most kind and present people I've ever had the good fortune of knowing and I'm incredibly grateful to have crossed paths with her.”

Anam Cara

spiritual Counseling

Anam Cara is an Irish Gaelic term meaning “soul friend.” As the poet, philosopher and Priest, John O'Donohue writes, “When you had an anam cara, your friendship cut across all convention, morality, and category. You were joined in an ancient and eternal way with the friend of your soul.”

In this spirit, spiritual counseling becomes a sacred, confidential container for deep listening, discernment, and integration on the path of profound personal transformation.

This work is especially supportive during periods of spiritual awakening, spiritual emergence, or spiritual crisis; when old identities dissolve and new dimensions of self begin to open. It offers grounding and clarity around religious trauma, existential questioning, and intense relational or archetypal experiences, including what is often described as the “Twin Flame” phenomenon. It is also deeply integrative work for those healing from severe trauma or engaging the long arc of sense-making after PTSD. I hold a trauma-informed and psychologically grounded lens throughout, honoring both the nervous system and the mystery.

In Soul Companionship, we neither pathologize nor over-romanticize spiritual experience. Our work may include contemplative dialogue, journeywork, guided meditation, somatic awareness, expanded states of consciousness (including plant medicine preparation and integration where appropriate), Internal Family Systems-informed exploration, and family systems healing. Depending on your path, sessions may also include ceremonial practices such as spiritual clearings, limpias, soul retrieval work, ritual blessing, prayer, and the anointing with holy oils, always approached with reverence, consent, and discernment.

This is not advice-giving. It is walking together at the threshold of your becoming… honoring the psyche, the body, the lineage, and the sacred unfolding within your life.

“"We do not grow absolutely, chronologically.

We grow sometimes in one dimension, and not in another; unevenly.

We grow partially.

We are relative.

We are mature in one realm, childish in another.

The past, present, and future mingle and pull us backward, forward, or fix us in the present.

We are made up of layers, cells, constellations."”
